Brownie Cheesecake (cupcake size)

 Brownies mixture:
63g butter
*30g chocolate cubes
*48g chocolate chips --->original was 125g of dark chocolate.
1/4 cups of brown sugar
1 egg (slightly beaten)
60g of plain flour
10g of cocoa powder (sifted)
*1 tbsp of milk (mine mixture was too stiff)

 Cream Cheese mixture:
125g cream cheese
1 egg (slightly beaten)
2 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract

1. Preheat oven to 150C.
2. Melted butter & Chocolate.(let it cool down)
3. Add egg & sugar, mixed.
4. Sifted in flour + cocoa, combine well.
5. Bake for 5 min, take out cool down a bit.
6. Prepared creamcheese mixture----> Cream the cream cheese & sugar.
7. Add in egg little by little & whisk. Add in vanilla extract, mixed.
8. Spread even onto the top of brownies.
9. Baked for 20-25 mins.
10. Let it cool in the cupcake tin for 10 min before moving to the cake rack.

* can make about 9 cupcake size of brownie cheesecake .
