Seeing bread flour didn't use for a long time, so u know...
Well, i still haven't find out the way to kneed the dough yet.(mixer? tht 1 is a problem too. I dun rely on that too much.)
Dunno why i still can't find out the problem as they said need to kneed the dough until '光滑面 & 可以撐出薄膜'
but i will still keep on trying.
Anyway it still success but of course not like those bread selling in the shop.
