Yam cupcakes?

Previously, i kinda mess up with yam ice-cream. It became a very solid ice (added too much of milk). So, today i was thinking melted those 'yam ice-cream' to bake cupcakes. At first i dun think it will turn out well but hey, never try never know. 

Here are the ingredients:
220g yam ice-cream(melted)
50g butter (soften)
110g sugar
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
1tsp vanilla essences
200g flour (i mixed 100g of all-purposed + 195 low protein flour + 5g corn flour)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

1. Beat butter & sugar until pale white.
2. Slowly added egg into 1.
3. Pour in melted yam ice-cream, vanilla essences and mixed.
4. Sifted flour+baking powder+baking soda in 3. Mixed until well combined.
5. Scoop into cupcake tray and bake 170C for 15 mins.

can make about 14 cupcakes.

*All this was only my prediction and my intuition. How does this turn out edible, well it is miracle.

No knead bread

150g high protein flour
8g yeast
100g of warm water
8g sugar
1g salt
8g olive oil
raisins and chocolate chips (fillings)
1. Yeast + warm water, mixed.
2. Put all the ingredient in a bowl, except olive oil.
3. Pour yeast water to 2, mixed and combined. 
4. Add in olive oil, form a dough. (lightly kneading until no more flour).
5. Cover with plastic wrap and leave it for 1 hour.
6 .Sprinkle a some flour onto work surface and divided into 2 pieces of dough.(prevent sticky)
7. Cover back with plastic wrap and leave it for another 15mins.
8. Roll in rectangular shape, place your raisins and chocolate(if u hav fillings) and rolled it back .
9. Cover it back with plastic wrap and leave it for another 1 hour.
10. Cut a few strips on surface and lightly sprinkles some flour on top.
10. Preheat oven to 180c and baked for 18 mins.

15g yeast
200cc warm water
15g sugar
2.5g salt
15cc olive oil

Langkawi 2011 & 2014

Memories were back when look through again those pic from Langkawi. The past of me was a girl with curly short hair and pimple around the face. Clearly u can c the now of me had a lot of change. It is funny to look back those pic of mine. I was so look like vietnamese or thailand maid. Thats y I've been carefully take care  my face in order to not look like past.(i dunno if i did it though).

 For so many years i keep saying to myself i need keep fit but until now i still havent to achieve yet. Try to keep b4 but still cant get rid of snack-chocolate especially. Im not sure when the day will come...
Anyway, i will still try my best though.

Langkawi trip 2014

Ahhh~ Im kinda miss this trip. It was fun and nice to go with them. At first i was so resist to go to Langkawi because 1.i went there before, 2.they've planned too expensive 3.i dun felt like i want to waste that much money. And yet, after coming back to KL, im kinda miss the environment there. It was too relax and refresh like i can stay there forever.

I didnt expected they were this dependable. My eyes like O.O guys rent a car and drove by ourselves to go anywhere we want. It was new experience for me though. Some more guys really take care of girls ^^. I gotta said they quite gentlemen.

It was kinda unlucky because we had been got wet because of rain. Some other places cant go or jz stay for only a short period. Besides, it was very very cold as there was not hot water at the first. My others fz was lucky enough too bath hot water but not me since the heater somewhere went wrong. >.<

We've got quite a lot of souvenir back from Langkawi. Of course u know are chocolate and alcohol but sorry u are wrong. It is bruise, wound and muscle pain. We had playing 'catch the monkey' at the beach since it was too intense most of us felt down and got scratch from the sand. Fortunately, i got minor injury but my other 2 fz got hurt quite seriously. Overall, it was quite enjoy to play with.

Langkawi good at what? it good at alcohol ad chocolate (some)sell in cheap what we do was every night drank a few bottle of alcohol before sleep. Playing and having fun with fz at the last night was an unforgettable night for me. Sit all together play with each others taking pictures, watching those 'drunker' how they react. Haha, laughing non-stop.

Other than that, memories get back when i passing the road that i had went before. All those memories flow back and getting complicated feelings. Anyway each trip has it own excitement. Although same place but go with different people is different experiences.

Well, I am so grateful i got to join them in this trip. We have quite a people didnt continue their degree and this was my last day seeing them, Hope we are able to keep contact in future.

Banana cake

If you know i am resist on eating banana, n i don't know why... The reason making this was request by my mom bcoz of the banana was too ripe and may not become rotten. So for someone who really hate banana which is me have to bake them into a cake. I random search for recipe and each of the recipe is quite different so i make my own version into this cake. Well, i must said my cake turned out great but too sweet for me thought. Even i dun like banana but i have to taste it. I think i might change my mind and maybe i'll accept eating them as a cake. Who knows one day i might actually accept the whole banana. ^-^
3 ripe bananas
1 egg
60g butter (melted)
1/3 cups sugar (too sweet for me, next time 1/4 cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups cake flour
2 tbsp milk (may need to adjust)
a pinch of salt

1. Pre-heat oven to 170c.
2. Prepare a bowl for dry ingredients=flour & baking soda. Whisked thoroughly.
3. Another bowl mashed in bananas.
4. Add in egg + sugar + butter + vanilla extract + vanilla extract to 3.
5. Dry mixture slowly add in and whisk. 
6. + in milk. If too dry may add more.
7. Bake for 50min - 1hour.
8. Let it cool 15 min in the cake pan then transfer to the wired rack to cool down completely

who is beside you?

I don't know have you ever feel alone even you are with friends.

Lets just say who is the most important to your friend- phone or you.
Basically he or she will choose phone, duh!
How powerful mobile phone have become one of the important thing in our life nowadays like u can't lose it as it is your most love person.
You see, for me, about 80% of my friends are those who see their mobile phone as a baby. Every moment must have a look to them. Every times, phone, phone and phone.

I mean whut!?

Hey, lets just make things clear. I've been told to accompany you or some event like we both together for instance shopping. And yup, along the you were chatting with others through phone. Thanks to you all the way long  most of the time i feel like i was an invisible person.
Hello! i'm here? Can u see me? Can u hear me?
I just don't understand, a person who sit beside you (n i didnt even take out my phone to chat we others) why can't you just put down your phone and enjoy our hangout or whatever.
Isit my problem or you people like to do many things at a time?
Do you know how i feel  as someone else was actually sit besides me? All the way i felt was walking by myself except there is a person like following you. Look, people born does not act to be your bodyguard. I know human are selfish but you also has feeling too, why would you do so?

What? im too boring and is my fault who doesn't have any friends or things to do with the phone? Oh, im sorry about that. At least i know how to treat people, not like you!

Guys please la, don't just keep chatting with others friends  through phone/ stare at the phone like it was gonna dead. Shows some respect and care for the person who sits beside you. Stop letting them to feel alone. Otherwise, what is the point to hangout together...

Pandan sponge cake with peanut butter jam

2 eggs
80g of sugar
85g self-rising flour
around 3 tbsp of  pandan juice
peanut butter & jam 

1. Preheat oven 180c.
2. Beat egg + sugar for 10 minutes / until double/triple size (pale white, dripping in ribbon state)
3. + pandan juice in 1 and beat for 1-2 minutes.
4. Sift in flour and fold in the mixture.
5. Place in grease baking paper, and pour the mixture into baking pan.
6. Bake for 10 mins.
7. Prepare another baking paper & slightly damp towel, sprinkle a tbsp of sugar onto the baking paper, place the cake onto the sugar paper.
8. Remove the grease paper, roll up the cake along with the paper and last  roll with the damp towel. Leave aside and let it cool completely.
9. Spread in peanut butter, jam and raisin and roll it back again.

Dear haters

i don't know you hate me or not but u probably will....i think?

So, the story begin with this.
Every time when the 'exam season' started people will gonna prepare note for the exam, including me. Then, there is a few people who will COPY/TAKE other people's note as their note for the exam.

Wow! what a SMART person isn't it?

Who is the victim? The answer is the one who always 'look' hardworking, duh! I mean WTH? Okay, at here i must declare 1 thing- I am willing to share my note with others. You see when u don't share things with your friends they see you as an arrogant and a stingy person. I don't like how people looks me like that especially my friends. Hey, let me ask you one thing, do you like others people take your work and don't even work with themselves. So all your hard work finding answer here and there and they doing the opposite way of you.

Let me tell you, no one, except there is some problem with you. If you say sharing is caring. Well don't include me, i'm not the one. Look, if that the person who been searching for the answer even a little bit but still can't find any clue of it, i WILL HELP! Don't just ever and always give me a sentence : "Hey yuna, after finding all the answers send to me ok"?

I wish i could bravely say this to you : "OK YOUR HEAD"! Why don't you jz say this to your lecturer? Isn't they always have the correct answers, why don't you just beg them to give u? your ass@#$%^&!

I don't like people behave like that, why? Jz take out a little bit of time to copy & paste the answer only how hard is it? Well.... the hard part is that you need to  C&P from different website/ the right answer. Said all this rubbish still isn't express my point clearly.

What my point writing this shit is "Get a life man, stop being lazy and get your ass up to work"!

Custard Bread

Seeing bread flour didn't use for a long time, so u know...
Well, i still haven't find out the way to kneed the dough yet.(mixer? tht 1 is a problem too. I dun rely on that too much.)
Dunno why i still can't find out the problem as they said need to kneed the dough until '光滑面 & 可以撐出薄膜'
but i will still keep on trying.
Anyway it still success but of course not like those bread selling in the shop.

Brownie Cheesecake (cupcake size)

 Brownies mixture:
63g butter
*30g chocolate cubes
*48g chocolate chips --->original was 125g of dark chocolate.
1/4 cups of brown sugar
1 egg (slightly beaten)
60g of plain flour
10g of cocoa powder (sifted)
*1 tbsp of milk (mine mixture was too stiff)

 Cream Cheese mixture:
125g cream cheese
1 egg (slightly beaten)
2 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract

1. Preheat oven to 150C.
2. Melted butter & Chocolate.(let it cool down)
3. Add egg & sugar, mixed.
4. Sifted in flour + cocoa, combine well.
5. Bake for 5 min, take out cool down a bit.
6. Prepared creamcheese mixture----> Cream the cream cheese & sugar.
7. Add in egg little by little & whisk. Add in vanilla extract, mixed.
8. Spread even onto the top of brownies.
9. Baked for 20-25 mins.
10. Let it cool in the cupcake tin for 10 min before moving to the cake rack.

* can make about 9 cupcake size of brownie cheesecake .

coffee oat cookies

30g unsalted butter
20g sugar
1/2 egg
80g low-protein flour
1/4tsp baking soda
a pinch of salt
1 pack of 3 in 1 Original Nescafe
1 pack Nestum 3 in 1 oat
chocolate chips

1. Beat butter + sugar until pale white colour.
2. Add egg & salt, whisk.
3. Sift in flour + Coffee + b. soda, add in oat and used spatula combine to form a dough.
4. Add in chocolate chips. Mixed.
5. Role in rectangular shape place in plastic wrap and put in fridge for 45 mins.
6. Cut in to pieces, bake it in 160c for 15-20 min.

*does not have a strong taste of coffee.

coffee jelly chocolate cake (1/2 FAILED)

A stupid combination of my recipe + others ppl recipe

@Cake : Chocolate steam cake
150g butter
130g sugar
200ml chocolate milk
3 cubes of baking chocolate
2 egg
1 tbsp condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
50g low-protein flour
50g tepung gandum (all-purpose)
30g Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

1) Butter + sugar + chocolate milk + Chocolate cube, used double boiling water to melt. Set aside& let it cool.
2) Flour + Cocoa powder + baking powder&soda, sifted.
3) Another bowl whisk egg + condensed milk + vanilla essence.
4) 3 slowly added and whisk into 1.
5) 2 divided 2 times added into 4 .
6) Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil, then 5 pour into the baking pan.
7) Cover with aluminium foil to prevent water dripping into the cake.
8) Let it steam for 45 minutes.
9) Let it cool and slice into 3 pieces.

Original from :
班兰汁 675g(班兰叶 10片 + 清水 600g搅拌后滤渣挤出)
糖 150g
燕菜粉 10g(一包)
椰浆 400g(可用盒装或新鲜的)
绿豆粉 75g

1. 将班兰汁、糖与燕菜粉放入一个盘内搅拌均匀备用。
2. 将椰浆与绿豆粉放入另一个盘内搅拌均匀备用。
3. 将班兰汁放到炉上重活煮滚后,关小火。
4. 将椰浆一边过滤一边倒入班兰汁内,用小火煮至浓稠状即可熄火备用。

@Jelly part
Substitute with coffee instead of pandan
#  2 pac of Nescafe original 3in1
#  satan --->  milk
1. 600g of water + 2 pac coffee powder + agar-agar powder (1 pac=10g) put into a boil.
2. 75g Green pea powder + 400ml milk mix.
3. sift 2 mixture into 1, slowly stir in low heat until thick consistency.

@Whole cake:
1. Pour jelly mixture for the lst layer at the bottom, then place 1 piece of cake
2. Continue with the same steps.
3. Put in fridge set for at least 4 hours.

1.cake to soft/wet. Flour can be add more or vise versa
2.I think the green pea powder went wrong which i bought it wrong so it taste kinda weird.Since it says tepung kacang 'goreng' ( i didnt notice coz i only read the chinese words)
3. The green pea powder does not dissolve into the milk or maybe i used cold milk so it doesn't disslove.

P.S : Anyway this stupid self combination is not bad at all except the appearance, at least it still edible though. O.olll
I give if 5 choco out of 10. :p

basic chocolate cake(failed)

(original, from : )
蛋黄 3颗
牛奶 55g
植物油 45g

低筋面粉 65g
香草精 1tsp
蛋白 3颗
糖 65g


1. 将蛋黄放入盘内搅拌均匀,加入植物油搅拌均匀。
2. 然后加入牛奶搅拌,再放入香草精拌匀。
3. 最后加入过筛后的低筋面粉搅拌均匀。
4. 将蛋白加入塔塔粉和分三次加入糖,打至硬性发泡。
4. 取1/3的蛋白霜与蛋黄糊混合,然后将蛋黄糊倒入剩余的蛋白霜内混合均匀后,加入橙皮削继续拌均匀。
5. 将面糊倒入模具。
5. 预热烤箱。170度烤40分钟。
6. 烤好后马上倒扣待凉即可脱模。

i substitute:
 1)milk with chocolate milk
2)55g of low-protein flour + 10g cocoa powder
3) added 1 cube chocolate(optional)

problem (i think):
1. egg white had not reach to hard peak, need to whip longer
2.batter too wet.

It is just simple as u can make one for yourself in a quick time.

Pre-make puff pastry

1.scatter a few amount of sugar on your working place (prevent sticky) then scatter sugar to the pre-make puff pastry, press lightly onto it. Make it on both side. *jz put the amount u like until sugar is spread even on puff pastry. But dun be cheap of your sugar bcoz sugar will melt and  will lighten up the taste.
2. Fold both side until they meet to the center.
3. Then fold one side to the other side like the draft below.
4. Last, slice them up (about 1cm). Line up in your baking tray.
5. Refrigerate about 15 minutes before put it into the oven.
6. Preheat oven 180'C, bake about 10min for one side then flip it over and bake another 10 min.

PS: i dun follow much from the recipe(youtube or google) i jz went to the flow as i was bake.

Blueberry x blackcurrant cheesecake ice-cream

A few weeks ago, jz saw this amazing recipe and wanted to try it out so here is the link:

I made a slightly different from the recipe
1.) i only use half amount from the recipe (coz not much ppl each here)
2.)Instead using fresh strawberry i substitute with blueberry jam and blackcurrant jam. 

I cant find any fresh berries here so i sub with jam is ok but my suggestion is the amount of condensed milk can be reduce coz in my opinion it is too rich and sweet. On top of that, drizzle some with melted bittersweet chocolate is much more tasty.

Doraemon fair 2014

Woke up early in the morning jz to get a free ticket to Doraemon fair(digi user, the 1st 10 only), haiz... in the end we still had to pay the ticket bcoz of out of quota.!@#$%^& =====>Ya...'OUT of quota'...
About Doraemon not a big fan but still they r cute and i like it =^w^=
Well, if this is crayon shin-chan fair it would be great.
